Have you heard: vita brevis, ars longa? Parents, builders of faith, are aware: their children will abandon them one day on the ruins of the demolished temple, but their kindergarten paintings will stay on the door of the fridge.

Parents keep them there, to look at them in the lonely days of senility and recall the married moments, when their kids were obedient and grateful, and the walls of faith were solid and white.
